Case 1

We learned that our customer's formula had alcohol in it, so we recommend and helped to customized the Gold inner lacquer for the cans, to avoid corrosion in the subsequent finished cans. About gold inner lacquer, the type is modified epoxy, we suggest use for general can only, good mechanical properties; For application to TPS or ETP; Dry film weight is 4-6g/m2.

There is also a demand for some types of products, such as insecticides/ air fresheners/ perfumes/ deodorants/ sanitizers, etc. Due to the sensitivity of the formulations, such as alcohol based water based, customers need to add an inner lacquer on the inside of the cans to protect the cans from rust or to keep the scent long lasting, we offer an inner clear lacquer, in order to meet the different needs, we also offer an inner clear lacquer option.

During the production process, in order to ensure the stability of the inner lacquer of the aerosol can, we will conduct random inspection and soak the aerosol can with copper sulfate. Only those that pass the test will be regarded as qualified products.

Beside, aerosol cans without inner lacquer are suitable for car care series (paint/ carb cleaner/ ant-rust agent....),  holiday series (snow spray/ colored stripes), personal care series (hair spray...)
