Many customers may not be able to distinguish the types of aerosol filling machines. Let me introduce two similar filling machines, a regular aerosol filling machine and a BOV packaging aerosol filling machine. Below, we will explain the differences between these two filling machines.

Introduction to Ordinary Aerosol Can Packaging Filling Machine

Introduction to BOV Packaging Aerosol Filling Machine

The machine consists of an inflatable seal and a forced liquid filling device. After filling the aerosol can with compressed air, the valve with the bag is sealed, and the raw materials are filled into the bag inside the aerosol can, completely isolating the raw materials from the aerosol can. The propellant is replaced with compressed air (purified) to replace propane liquefied gas, dimethyl ether, etc., thus solving the problem of leakage caused by raw material corrosion of the aerosol can. When in use, open the valve, and the compressed air pressure inside the aerosol can will force the bag to press the raw materials out of the aerosol can. When the raw materials are completely pressed out, the compressed air inside the aerosol can will still remain inside, so it can be refilled. The shape of the sprayed raw material mist can be changed by changing the valve actuator. This machine has fast speed, precise filling capacity, good sealing airtightness, and the inflation pressure can be adjusted to the desired pressure at will.

Comparison of Differences:

1.The filling process is different: ordinary aerosol cans are filled with liquid, discharged with valves, sealed, and inflated sequentially. BOV packaging involves first releasing the valve, then sealing and inflating, and then forcibly filling the liquid.

2.The difference in equipment structure is that the ordinary aerosol filling machine consists of a liquid filling machine, a sealing machine, and an inflation machine. The BOV packaging aerosol filling machine consists of a sealing inflation machine and a forced filling machine.

3.Different filling propellants. Ordinary aerosol packaging is generally filled with liquefied petroleum gases, such as dimethyl ether, propane, and so on. The BOV packaging uses compressed air or nitrogen.

4.The storage of contents is different. For ordinary aerosol packaging, the contents and propellant gas are placed together in the aerosol can. For BOV packaging, there is a bag inside the can, and the contents and propellant gas are placed separately in the aerosol can. The contents are in the bag, and the propellant is between the bag and the can.

5. The atomization effect is different. Due to the use of ordinary aerosol packaging, the propellant is sprayed out along with the material, and as the material is sprayed out, the pressure inside the tank gradually decreases, making it easy to not spray completely. The BOV packaging propellant will not spray out, and the pressure inside the tank will not decrease with the spraying of materials. The pressure is stable, and the spraying effect is good, with a spraying rate of over 99%.
