Key Features

Sealing Cup Materials: There are mainly two types of materials for the sealing cup, they are tinplate and aluminum. Tinplate one will be cost-effective while that of aluminum is more high quality.

Gasket Materials: For the Valve, it has inner gaskets and outer gasket. And the materials is decided by the propellant and fillings. They are mainly Buna, Chlorobutyl and Butyl.

Lacquer: Except for different materials for sealing cup, the lacquer of the valve is also different. Plain Tinplate, Clear Lacquer Aluminum, Clear Lacquer Tinplate, Golden Lacquer Aluminum, Golden Lacquer Tinplate. The quality is better as the lacquer changing.

Q1. What’s the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?

The MOQ quantity depends on the requirments of the products,usually is 30,000-100,000 pcs for regular products. It is negotiable for the low MOQ.

Q2. How to get your samples? 

We supply free sample with standard sizes of 10-20 pcs for you to test. Please provide your express account or afford the freight the cost. 

Q3. How can I know the technical specifications of the valve?

Just tell us the application, propellent, gas (LPG or DME) and the height of the can. Our engineer will choose the most suitable one for you. It will be better that you can get the samples to test before the bulk order.

Q4. What is the lead time if I place an order?

Usually 12-18 days for the production.

Q5. What’s the payment term?

Usually we make T/T, 30% advance payment and 70% balance against of B/L copy. If you have the other demand, please contact us to communicate.

Q6. How about the shipping?

Usually by sea. For small and urgent order, air way is acceptable.
